Mihika was rumoured to be dating Mayank Gandhi, but they parted ways due to problems in their relationship. Mayank is now engaged to actress Hunar Hale, and Mihika has also moved on. Her sister Rucchiraa posted this picture of Mihika looking absolutely gorgeous in a red lehenga. As per sources, Mihika might quit working to enjoy her married life with her husband, who is not from the industry.
