Sanjeeda Shaikh will be replacing Eisha Singh in 'Ishq Ka Rang Safed' . Sources tell us, "Eisha didn't want to play a mother after the show goes in for a five-year leap. She is a teenager and felt that playing a mother at this stage in her career will hamper her chances of getting to play younger characters. Even though the producers tried to convince her to stay back, she isn't keen. Before we learnt about Sanjeeda replacing Eisha, we contacted Rupali Guha , producer of the show, who said that there are "some issues" but it's too early to talk about them. It seems that Sanjeeda, who was last seen in the fiction show 'Ek Hasina Thi' , was finalised overnight. She told us, "I have followed the show and I kind of like it. As an actor, my job is to do justice to the role. The show is taking a five-year leap. In my last show, I played a very strong character and even this role has quite a strong personality. That's why they thought of me for the role. I have never played a mother on screen so it's going to be a first for me. I am treating it as a new role and not as a replacement. It's my show now. People wanted to see me for a long time and this is the right offer and opportunity."

When asked her about her break from TV, she said, "It's almost seven years since I have been doing fiction and non-fiction shows. There comes a phase in your life when you just want to relax. It's not that every other show was offered to me. I think the right thing fell into the right place. Till about two days back, I didn't know that I was doing this show but it just happened in a couple of hours. I don't like to plan things."

Director Ram Gopal Varma has time and again made headlines for his rather controversial tweets. His recently released movie 'Veerappan' opened to mixed reviews by the critics. The 'Aag' director took to Twitter to share positive reviews by critics, however, RGV shamed a female journalist for criticising the film. The director took a screen shot of her photo and posted it with the caption, "So as per your review "Veerappan" the film is as beautiful as your face." He further posted another tweet which read, "I am sorry for the content packaged in the intent but will not apologise for the intent behind the content." He has since deleted both the tweets.

You can’t keep Ram Gopal Varma away from news (read controversies) for long. He manages to raise eyebrows not only during interviews but also through his bold tweets. In his latest tweet, RGV has slammed Government of India’s Swachcha Bharat campaign advertisement and given a piece of advice to India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. He tweeted, “Films division's Swachcha Bharat Ad is worse than Aag..Someone should tell Mr Narendra Modi that these kind of Ads will make India dirtier.” As expected, Ramu instantly started receiving a flurry of negative comments from Modi’s supporters.

It is commendable that director Anu Menon has whipped up a warm tale about love, loss and surviving life's catastrophic blows, with such simplicity. Her lead characters - Shiv and Tara - have nothing in common. Menon plays on their generation gap to offer some genuine smiles. He can't utter the 'F' word. She is brash but awkwardly loving. His coping device is faith; hers is shopping. And yet, the two bond over the vital stats of their spouses.

According to reports, the Nevla will be killed by the Naagin sisters Shivanya (Mouni Roy) and Sesha (Adaa Khan). In the upcoming episode, after killing Guru maa, Kabir will take Ritik (Arjun Bijlani) hostage and subject him to torture. And Nevela will ask Shivanya to bring Sesha to the temple if she wants to save her husband Ritik's life. Shivanya will Sesha to helpd her save Ritik's life. Sesha will agree but only on one condition that Shivanya will break all ties with Ritik. According to a source, both Shivanya and Sesha will behead Kabir.

The entry of 'Ichchadhari Madhumakhi'

After the entry of Nevla and Mayuri, it is the turn of 'madhumakhi' to enter 'Naagin' for its last episode. Dressed as a honeycomb in deep gold, Aashka Goradia will be entering the show as 'ichchadhari madhumakhi'. She will play the antagonist on the show and will have a pivotal role in season 2 of 'Naagin' as well.

The repercussions of getting into Salman's bad books are rather difficult to handle. There have been many examples in the past, but the latest one to have rubbed the 'Sultan' of Bollywood the wrong way (unintentionally though, or so he claims) is singer Arijit Singh. The extremely talented singer, who is the flavour of the season, has released an open letter to Salman pleading him to retain his version of the song , which Salman later allegedly got recorded by another playback singer and removed Arijit's version from his next biggie, 'Sultan'.

The singer has mentioned in the letter how he has been texting and calling him to apologise for (unintentionally) doing something at a recent concert that left Salman furious. The superstar supposedly felt insulted and seems to have vowed not to forgive Arijit if the grapvine is to be believed. The singer further states that he, at every occasion, tried his best to make the superstar understand what had gone wrong that unfortunate night and even tried clearing his stance when he met Salman at Nita Ambani's party too but Salman refused to pay any heed to his 'please' and 'sorry'.

Aryan and Navya took to social media to share pictures from their big day and also several pictures from their prom. While Navya looked stunning in a cutout gown, Aryan looked dapper in a black suit.
