‘Sardaar Ji 2’ box office: Diljit Dosanjh breaks his own record

Diljit Dosanjh's latest release 'Sardaar Ji 2' might have opened to mixed reviews, but at the box office, the film has smashed all the records. The Rohit Jugraj-directorial, which also stars Monica Gill and Sonam Bajwa in the lead roles, has become the highest ever opener in the history of Punjabi cinema. According to boxofficeindia.com, the first day collection of the film is estimated to be around Rs 2.75 crore, out of which, East Punjab has contributed around Rs 2.05 crore.
