We have witnessed marriages of almost two-decades hitting the rocks and couples, who were once much-in-love not even on talking terms today. No wonder, this statement from a yesteryear actress comes as a breath of fresh air. One of the most versatile actresses of Hindi cinema, Asha Parekh, who has lived single all her life said that it was destined that she shouldn't marry and she is very happy being single. Asha says that she is not an introvert and hence, there is no dearth of friends in her life. The veteran further stated that if one is not destined to get married then eventually his/her partner might either die or leave him/her alone. Asha does admit that her parents always looked for a suitable guy for her, but it just didn't work out and she doesn't regret being unmarried. The actress has her set of friends and she loves spending quality time with them and watching movies with them. Here's raising a toast to one of the most bindaas bachelorette of the tinsel town!
